About Chris
Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer and seasoned Real Estate Development Professional with a proven track record of delivering profitable, design-led developments across hospitality, leisure, commercial, and education sectors. Extensive international experience across the UK, Ireland, UAE, and Qatar. At Edyn Group, led the acquisition and development of a portfolio of lifestyle apart-hotels integrated with best-in-class food and beverage concepts, enhancing guest experience and asset value. Responsible for projects totalling over £260m in build costs, with a strong focus on ROI, brand standards, and seamless transition to operations. Chris has led on many landmark projects including the U-Bora Tower and Dubai Sports City Mall, reflecting world-class execution.

Development Monitoring
We provide bespoke Project Monitoring services for owners, funders, and financial institutions, with KPIs defined collaboratively to suit each project. Programme Management
